Yoga for Writers

Teaching yoga is my calling, not just something I do. After 30 years of practice and study, I’m here to share this gift and create space for others to move, breathe, and reconnect. Yoga has been my anchor through life’s challenges, and now I offer it as a way to give back what’s been so generously given to me.

My Experience & Training

Wherever you are on your journey, I invite you to step onto the mat and into a practice that nourishes both body and spirit.

Join me for free gentle-to-moderate vinyasa flow, infused with Bhakti devotion and
meditation. Each 60-minute class includes:

  • 40 minutes of flowing movement to center the body
  • 10 minutes of guided meditation to quiet the mind
  • 10 minutes of open sharing to connect and reflect

This is more than a class—it’s a space to breathe, release, and return to yourself. You’ll
leave feeling grounded, inspired, and heart-full.
